And you would like to live safely and securely on the one hand and actively and sociably on the other. All this is possible at Service Wohnen Martinus-Hof. Here you will find an overview of our services, which are either part of the rental standard or from which you can choose.
We are also there for you and at your side in everyday life. Our wide range of support and assistance services at Service-Wohnen Martinus-Hof include:
- Consultation hours at fixed times by qualified employees
- Daily contact upon request
- Coordination of individual assistance depending on the situation
- Arrangement of hairdressing, massage, physiotherapy, chiropody and therapy services by
- by arrangement
- Arrangement and coordination of domestic and medical care
- Organization of offers in the area of leisure, health, culture and pastoral care.
The GFO Center has a lounge and a cafeteria that can be used by the tenants at any time.
The basic service in our Service-Wohnen Martinus-Hof includes minor handicrafts - material costs are not included. Services in the handicraft area include, for example, changing a light bulb, connecting the washing machine, attaching pictures and other minor tasks. Services to the extent of two hours per month are included in the rental price.
Services beyond this are subject to a charge and are part of the optional service - for example, larger repairs, services and works. We will be happy to inform you about the prices in a personal conversation.
At Service-WohnenMartinus-Hof, we offer you security around the clock. Should you need help or support, an emergency call system is available in every apartment.
This means you can get expert help at any time and be cared for if necessary.
Each apartment is equipped with an emergency call system with intercom contact; this ensures quick and competent help at all times.
The offers and services of our housekeeping service at Service-Wohnen Martinus-Hof are optional services. We will be happy to inform you personally about the respective fees.
These optional services include, among others:
- Cleaning of the apartment
- Errands
- Laundry care
- Delivery of drinks and bread rolls
- Car parking space
Meals are optional services. You have the possibility to eat lunch together with other tenants of the house in the cafeteria of the GFO Center. Our housekeeping staff will be happy to advise you on this.
You also have the option of having breakfast and/or dinner brought to your own apartment - just like lunch.
Lunch is cooked and delivered by our partner Gourmetplan. This is a so-called cook & chill process.
The food is delivered daily refrigerated and immediately cooked further and therefore has no standing time. The food is hot, looks delicious, tastes good, and most importantly, the healthy vitamins are preserved.
